    Nice clean Café but the Cornish pasties were a fail. The traditional recipe - and there are two tea towels in the wall with it on them, does not contain carrot but this one did. Just call them meat pasties if you don't want to follow the proper recipe. We had high expectations given the Cornish history of this area.

    Friendly staff, nice hot food, really nice atmosphere. Just a shame the Cornish pasties had carrot in them. Still, they were tasty none the less.

    Firstly to the ones upset. I feel that you must have gotten out of bed the wrong side! I have NEVER yet found a apple tart with fresh cream Nor kitchener buns. I think you really should go take a walk about and ask IFF any pastry shop or bakery sells Kitchener buns with fresh cream! Please let me know if you do. PS. Fresh cream would not last as long as mock cream either. Thank you.
